Free cancellation
Where free cancellation is offered, you may cancel up to the window shown on your confirmation (typically 24 hours before pickup) for a full refund.
Late cancellation and no-show
Cancellations inside the free window, or a no-show at the pickup time, may be charged in full to cover the reserved vehicle and driver.
